TRVST Implementation Management Consultant at UNICEF Kampala - 11.5 Month Contract

UNICEF Uganda is seeking an experienced TRVST Implementation Management Consultant to join our team in Kampala for an 11.5-month contract position. This critical role will support the National Drug Authority and Traceability Technical Working Group in strengthening Uganda's health supply chain systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical oversight and guidance for TRVST implementation across Uganda
• Build capacity of National Drug Authority technical staff to manage traceability systems
• Support the National Track and Trace Implementation Steering Committee
• Develop and implement strategies for health supply chain traceability
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and skills development for local staff
• Coordinate with traceability technical working groups and stakeholders
• Ensure successful operationalization of TRVST as a pilot learning tool

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in health supply chain management
• Proven experience with track and trace systems implementation
• Strong technical assistance and capacity building skills
• Experience working with government agencies and international organizations
• Excellent knowledge of Uganda's healthcare system and drug regulatory framework
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
