Living Goods, a leading organisation in community health innovation, is seeking a dedicated Technical Assistant specialising in Community Health Performance Management to be based in Kadiogo, Burkina Faso. This is a vital role for a professional passionate about improving public health outcomes and strengthening community health systems in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and oversight for community health performance management initiatives.
• Assist in the coordination and supervision of community health programmes and supervisors.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of community health strategies and interventions.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform programme decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with regional coordinators and health teams to build capacity and ensure programme quality.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated community health service (IS) models.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health, Health Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in community health programming, performance management, or public health coordination.
• Strong understanding of community health systems, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Excellent data analysis, monitoring & evaluation, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and with local communities.
• Fluency in French is essential; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to be based in Kadiogo, Burkina Faso.
