  • A postgraduate certification in Tax is a strong added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in taxation, preferably within a financial institution, audit firm, or tax advisory firm at a supervisory level.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing tax compliance with URA and handling tax audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of Uganda's tax laws, IFRS (especially IAS 12), and financial sector regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
