Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Ensure the timely and efficient distribution of Diageo products across Uganda's diverse regions.
• Manage relationships with local suppliers, transporters, and distributors to maintain a robust supply network.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimise stockouts and reduce carrying costs.
• Analyse supply chain performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and Diageo's global standards for health, safety, and quality.
• Solve complex logistical challenges and troubleshoot any disruptions in the supply chain.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in supply chain or logistics operations, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or a related sector in Uganda.
• In-depth knowledge of Ugandan logistics, distribution networks, and regional market dynamics.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in relevant supply chain management software and tools.
