Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the health centre
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications
• Assist with medical procedures and emergency response as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control protocols
• Participate in community health outreach programmes

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution
• Valid registration with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in Uganda
• Excellent clinical skills and patient care abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in English and local languages of Eastern Region
• Commitment to professional ethics and patient confidentiality
