Social Media Influencer Partnership Specialist - UNICEF Uganda Kampala

UNICEF Uganda is seeking to establish long-term partnerships with social media influencers to amplify our advocacy for children's rights across Uganda. This 12-month collaboration opportunity in Kampala aims to strengthen our digital presence while maintaining authenticity and responsiveness to emerging issues affecting Ugandan children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ongoing collaborations with Ugandan social media influencers
• Create compelling digital content that resonates with both local and global audiences
• Ensure consistent visibility and messaging across social media platforms
• Adapt quickly to digital environment developments and emerging issues
• Maintain alignment with UNICEF's brand guidelines and safeguarding policies
• Support rapid campaign expansion and content development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a social media influencer with significant Ugandan following
• Strong understanding of Uganda's digital landscape and social media trends
• Ability to create authentic, engaging content that promotes children's rights
• Commitment to UNICEF's values and safeguarding principles
• Experience working with international organizations (preferred)
• Based in or able to work from Kampala, Uganda
