MTN Uganda, a leading telecommunications company in Uganda, is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Kampala. This is a senior-level position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand and driving market growth for Uganda's premier telecom network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for MTN Uganda's products and services.
• Lead end-to-end campaign management, from conceptualisation to performance analysis.
• Drive brand development and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights within the Ugandan market.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and digital to achieve business objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable reports to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge and experience within the telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Ugandan consumer market and marketing landscape.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in budget management and data-driven decision making.
