Job Description
Watu, a leading asset financing company across Africa, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join their growing team in Sierra Leone. We are looking for candidates to represent Watu in multiple regions: North West, South East, North East, and South West. If you have a talent for sales, customer engagement, and are eager to work in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned region.
- Present, promote, and sell Watu's products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages in the assigned region is a strong advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audienceโs needs.
- A valid motorcycle riding permit is highly desirable for field mobility.
