Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide expert-level IT consulting and advisory services to clients across various sectors.
• Lead the design, implementation, and management of complex IT systems and infrastructure projects.
• Analyse client business needs and develop strategic IT solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Conduct IT audits, risk assessments, and develop robust cybersecurity frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior IT staff and team members.
• Stay abreast of the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to the East African market.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, PMP) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in IT consulting, systems implementation, or a related senior IT role.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, networking, and software applications.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working within the East African context, particularly Kenya or Uganda, is highly desirable.
