Digital Transformation Developer Job at C-Care Uganda - ERP Systems Officer

C-Care Uganda, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Developer to join our dynamic team in Kampala. As a Digital Transformation Developer (Functional Systems Officer), you will be the first point of contact for system issues and enhancements, ensuring our digital infrastructure is reliable, efficient, and compliant. You will work closely with various departments to align technology with business processes, driving C-Care's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services across Uganda.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line operational support, configuration, and troubleshooting for ERP, hospital, and core business applications.
• Act as the primary contact for functional system issues, user queries, and enhancement requests.
• Ensure system reliability, high data quality, and strict compliance with approved organisational processes.
• Analyse business needs and work on process alignment and system improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and departmental teams to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Participate in digital transformation projects to modernise C-Care's technology landscape.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in supporting, configuring, or developing ERP or enterprise business applications.
• Strong understanding of business process alignment and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-service oriented approach.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems or hospital management software is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical staff.
