Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies for the Ugandan market.
• Manage substantial marketing budgets with focus on ROI analysis and financial accountability.
• Lead cross-functional teams including sales, trade marketing, and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Monitor Uganda market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive brand innovation and portfolio development tailored to Ugandan consumers.
• Build and maintain strong brand equity and market share for Uganda Breweries Limited products.
• Develop and implement effective above-the-line and below-the-line marketing activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 5 years of proven brand management experience in Uganda's FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in Uganda.
• Experience in the beverage or alcohol industry is a strong advantage.
• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
