dfcu Bank, one of Uganda's leading financial institutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced banking professional to lead a sales team and drive business growth across Uganda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for various banking products and services
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual customers
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and dfcu Bank's policies and procedures
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
• Train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the financial sector
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and Ugandan financial regulations
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Uganda
• Professional banking qualifications will be an added advantage
