This is a key position where you will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of corporate clients, developing new business, and delivering exceptional financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of existing corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate banking sector in Uganda.
• Conduct in-depth financial and credit analysis for client proposals and risk assessment.
• Prepare and present tailored financial solutions, including loans, credit facilities, and treasury products, to meet specific client needs.
• Lead the negotiation of terms and conditions for banking facilities and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to ensure smooth deal execution and client service delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting corporate banking in Uganda.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CFA) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or corporate lending within a reputable financial institution in Uganda.
• Strong track record in business development and portfolio growth.
• Excellent financial analysis, credit appraisal, and risk management skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and client focus.
