As a Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, handling their cash transactions, digital banking migration queries, and all service-related needs. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive, seamless banking experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with digital banking services, including account migration, mobile banking, and online banking setup.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly.
• Promote the bank's digital channels and self-service solutions to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank's products, services, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal security protocols.
• Contribute to a positive team environment within the branch.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Commerce, etc.).
• Strong passion for customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new digital systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of local languages is a strong advantage.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a neat appearance.
• No prior banking experience is required, making this ideal for recent graduates.
