Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning and analysis frameworks
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and management reports
• Analyse financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
• Monitor Uganda market trends and provide insights for business decision-making
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met
• Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed
• Oversee financial systems and implement improvements where necessary

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis roles
• Strong understanding of Ugandan financial regulations and tax laws
• Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the security industry or related sectors is an advantage
