Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Prospecting and generating new customer leads within your assigned region.
• Presenting and explaining Watu's financing products, terms, and benefits to potential customers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, boda boda stages, and local businesses.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conducting market research to understand local needs and competition.
• Assisting customers with the application process and ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Collecting and submitting required customer documentation accurately and on time.

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of a Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in financing, FMCG, or the boda boda sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the local area you are applying for (North West, South East, North East, or South West regions).
• A valid riding permit (Class A) is a strong advantage.
