MTN Uganda, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Kampala. This is a senior-level opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth and build strategic partnerships across Uganda's enterprise sector.
Job Summary
As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our enterprise sales strategy, managing key corporate accounts, and developing long-term partnerships to expand MTN's footprint in the Ugandan business market. You will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets and delivering innovative ICT solutions to our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive enterprise sales growth and market share.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key enterprise accounts and corporate clients across Uganda.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the client portfolio.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity within Uganda's telecommunications sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions and excellent customer service.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognised institution.
- A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the telecoms, IT, or FMCG sectors in Uganda.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and business development acumen.
- In-depth understanding of the Ugandan corporate business landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
