Sales Representative Jobs in Sierra Leone - Multiple Regions Available

Watu, a leading asset financing company across Africa, is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Sierra Leone. We are looking for talented individuals to represent Watu in the following regions of Sierra Leone:

• North West Region
• South East Region
• North East Region
• South West Region

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Actively prospect and acquire new customers for Watu's financing products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activity
• Educate potential customers on Watu's product offerings and financing solutions
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and documentation
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or equivalent
• Proven sales experience, preferably in financing, FMCG, or telecommunications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and meet targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be resident in or willing to relocate to one of the specified regions in Sierra Leone
• Valid motorcycle riding permit is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in local languages is beneficial
