About the Role

As a Sales Representative based in Jinja, you will be at the forefront of our market expansion efforts. You'll play a crucial role in building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers across the region. Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Jinja territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new distributors and retailers
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing
• Provide product knowledge training to trade partners and their teams
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the Eastern region
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and market intelligence
• Ensure compliance with company trade policies and procedures
• Participate in trade promotions and marketing activations

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of the Jinja and Eastern Uganda market landscape
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Valid riding permit (Class A) is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in English and local languages spoken in the region
• Computer literacy with good reporting skills
