Diageo, a global leader in beverage alcohol with iconic brands enjoyed in more than 180 countries, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Uganda's Central Region. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Drive sales growth and achieve set targets within the assigned Central Region territory.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key distributors and retail clients across the region.
• Execute effective sales plans and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Conduct frequent market visits to monitor trends, gather competitor intelligence, and ensure optimal product availability.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our trade partners.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback to the sales management team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector in Uganda.
• Strong knowledge of the Central Region market dynamics and distribution networks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A valid Ugandan driver's licence (Class B) and a willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
