Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Uganda.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximise productivity and performance.
• Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Ugandan market.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities for insurance and financial products.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed reports for senior management.
• Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements in Uganda.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or team leadership role.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets, preferably within the financial services, insurance, or FMCG sector in Uganda.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of the Ugandan business landscape and customer dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
