Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop, implement, and manage the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for SUNDA International.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from conceptualisation and budgeting to execution and performance analysis.
• Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and strength in the Ugandan market.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities within Uganda.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment (ROI).
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within Uganda or the East African region.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• In-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in team management.
• Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
