Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for lubricants products across Uganda
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial and automotive sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in lubricants or related industry
• Strong technical knowledge of lubricants and industrial applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Proven track record in sales target achievement
