Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for lubricants products across Uganda
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial and automotive sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in lubricants or related industry
- Strong technical knowledge of lubricants and industrial applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Proven track record in sales target achievement
