Watu, a leading asset financing company across Africa, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and customer opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Effectively present and explain Watu's asset financing products and services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research to understand local customer needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Degree is an added advantage.
- Proven 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, FMCG, or asset financing. Fresh graduates with a strong drive are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Nigeria.
- Proficiency in English and relevant local languages is highly beneficial.
- Must possess a valid driver's licence and be willing to travel within the assigned region.
