This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of UGX 2,200,000 to UGX 3,000,000, based on your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapy as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history accurately.
- Provide direct patient care, including wound dressing, hygiene assistance, and patient education.
- Collaborate with doctors, clinical officers, and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Offer emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all nursing interventions and patient progress.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution in Uganda.
- Must be fully registered and licensed with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC).
- A minimum of 3 years of proven post-registration nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and medication administration.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
