Regional Sales Manager Job in Kampala - Catholic Relief Services Uganda

Job Summary: As the Regional Sales Manager for Uganda, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and enhance market share. You will lead and mentor a talented sales team, build lasting relationships with key clients and partners, and ensure we achieve ambitious sales targets across the region.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales goals.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximise performance and productivity.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to adapt strategies for the Ugandan market.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, accurate forecasts, and manage budgets for senior management review.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure sales efforts align with CRS's overall objectives.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Ugandan market, business landscape, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Uganda as required by the role.
