Recruitment Specialist & Social Media Talent Acquisition Officer Job in Uganda

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and execute innovative social media recruitment campaigns to source candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle using the Moka智能化招聘管理系统 (Moka Intelligent Recruitment System).
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for various client roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific talent needs and company culture.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance and time-to-hire.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital recruitment and the Ugandan job market.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably within the Ugandan market.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with social media platforms for professional networking and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Tech-savvy with a keen interest in using recruitment software and digital tools.
• A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
