About the Role

As a Quality Operations Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our manufacturing processes and final products meet stringent quality and safety standards. You will work on the front lines of production, supporting our commitment to excellence in every bottle and packet that leaves our facility.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
• Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Operate and maintain basic quality testing equipment and tools.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor mechanical or electrical issues affecting product quality.
• Document quality control data accurately and maintain clear records for reporting.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols within the plant.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to implement quality improvements.
• Support in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum of a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any relevant technical discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles in a manufacturing setting.
• Good practical skills and a willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Fresh graduates with the relevant certificate are encouraged to apply.
