Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all quality operations within the manufacturing process
• Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections

• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Train and supervise quality control staff

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Food Science and Technology, or Science Technology (Chemistry/Biology)
• Minimum 2 years experience in quality operations or related field
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan manufacturing standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
