Compassion International Uganda is seeking a dedicated and organised Program Support Specialist to join our team in Kampala. This is a vital role providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient implementation of our child development programmes across Uganda. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to programme teams.
• Coordinate logistics for all programme activities, events, and field visits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date programme records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with budget monitoring and financial tracking for programme activities.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication between field staff and the central office in Kampala.
• Support the planning and execution of training events for staff and community partners.
• Monitor programme compliance with organisational and donor requirements.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of programme materials and resources.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in programme support, administration, or a similar role within Uganda.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite, databases, email).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of child development frameworks or community-based programmes is a strong advantage.
