Process Analyst Job in Rwanda - Watu Africa

Watu Africa, a leading asset financing company, is hiring a Process Analyst to join our team in Rwanda. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to optimise business operations and drive efficiency across our East African markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse, document, and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and propose improved workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Rwanda and across Africa to implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes.
• Use data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure staff adoption of new processes and systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and process mapping software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage projects and drive change in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the financial services, fintech, or asset financing sector is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work in Rwanda and support operations across the African region.
