Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Analyse, document, and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement optimised workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different African markets to gather requirements and understand pain points.
• Use data analysis to measure process performance, track KPIs, and report on improvements.
• Design and recommend new systems or tools to automate and streamline operations.
• Create clear process documentation, manuals, and training materials for staff.
• Monitor the implementation of new processes and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a strong advantage.
• Experience in the fintech, financial services, or asset financing sector is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
