Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse and document existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement process optimisation strategies to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce costs
• Create detailed process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor process performance metrics and prepare regular analysis reports
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in business process analysis or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process mapping tools
