Process Analyst Job in Rwanda | Business Operations Role

About the Role:
As a Process Analyst based in Rwanda, you will be responsible for examining, optimising, and documenting our business workflows. You will work closely with various departments to identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and document clear, standardised process maps and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand operational challenges.
• Use data analysis to measure process performance and identify trends.
• Recommend and help implement process enhancements to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Prepare reports and presentations on findings and proposed solutions for management.
• Support the rollout of new processes and provide training to staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards within all processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in business process analysis, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
