Process Analyst Job in Rwanda | Business Analysis Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Develop and document clear, standardised process flows and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Rwanda and across Africa to implement process improvements
• Use data analysis to measure process performance and track the impact of changes
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for management
• Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the East African business environment, particularly Rwanda
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Kinyarwanda or French is an advantage
