Key Responsibilities & Duties
As a Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimising our business operations. Your main tasks will include:

  • Analysing, mapping, and documenting existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Designing and proposing improved workflows to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Nigeria and across our African operations to implement process changes.
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Using data analysis to measure process performance and track the impact of improvements.
  • Supporting the rollout of new systems and technologies by ensuring processes are aligned.

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in business process analysis, management consulting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of the fintech, asset financing, or logistics sector in Africa is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
