As a Process Analyst at Watu, you will play a crucial role in optimising our business operations and driving efficiency across various departments. You will work closely with teams in Rwanda and potentially collaborate with our regional offices across East Africa, including Uganda.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Document process flows, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Develop and implement process optimisation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare analytical reports
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the organisation

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in business process analysis or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of process mapping techniques and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Experience in financial services or mobility sector is an advantage
• Willingness to work in Rwanda with potential regional exposure
