Job Summary
As a Dispenser at All C-Care, you will play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. You will be responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, and dispensing of medications and medical supplies to both hospital units and direct clients. Your professional demeanor and excellent communication skills will ensure patients receive proper counselling, improving their treatment adherence and overall health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescribed drugs and medical supplies according to standard procedures.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and records of all dispensed medications.
• Provide clear, empathetic, and accurate counselling to patients on medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
• Collaborate effectively with other hospital units to ensure timely supply of necessary pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure proper storage conditions for all drugs.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and patient care.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A recognised Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy (Dispensing) or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Valid practising licence from the Allied Health Professionals Council.
• Proven experience working in a pharmacy or clinical setting is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centred approach.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation purposes.
