Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for the Ugandan market
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies
• Manage and grow MTN Uganda's social media presence across platforms
• Create engaging content that resonates with local audiences
• Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated on digital marketing innovations relevant to Uganda's market

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in Uganda
• Strong digital marketing skills including social media management
• Experience with market analysis and campaign performance tracking
• Excellent communication skills in English (Luganda proficiency is an advantage)
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced telecommunications environment
