Watu Uganda is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Field Marketing Interns to join our growing team in the exciting electric vehicle (EV) sector. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or students seeking practical marketing experience across multiple regions in Uganda. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing activities to promote Watu's electric vehicle products and services in assigned regions (Kampala, Luwero, Jinja, and Mukono).
• Engage directly with potential customers at markets, transport hubs, and community events to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
• Distribute marketing materials and educate the public on the benefits of electric vehicles.
• Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to assist the marketing team.
• Support the execution of local marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and customer interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final year student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and at least one local language (Luganda, Lusoga, etc.).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles is an advantage.
• Must be a resident of or willing to work in one of the specified regions: Kampala, Luwero, Jinja, or Mukono.
• Ability to move within the assigned region and work flexible hours, including some weekends.
