Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotional activities for Airtel Uganda.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Analyse campaign performance using data and analytics to measure ROI and optimise future strategies.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights within the Ugandan telecommunications sector.
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven marketing experience, preferably within the telecom, FMCG, or technology sectors in Uganda.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including hands-on experience with social media platforms, SEO, and online analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
