A leading FMCG company in Uganda is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in Kampala. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans for Uganda
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, and email marketing
• Manage brand positioning, product launches, and promotional activities
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends in the Ugandan market
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop trade marketing programmes
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in FMCG or consumer goods marketing in Uganda
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to develop creative solutions for the Ugandan market
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools
