Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share for Zembo in Uganda.
• Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity within the Ugandan context.
• Oversee and grow Zembo's social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to engage our community and drive conversions.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for all activities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategic goals.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role within Uganda.
• Strong understanding of the Ugandan consumer market and media landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing software).
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategies based on data insights and market trends.
• Creative, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
