Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns and brand strategies for Diageo's portfolio in Uganda.
• Conduct thorough market research and consumer insight analysis to understand local trends and preferences.
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online platforms.
• Organise and manage promotional events, activations, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with commercial objectives.
• Work with advertising and creative agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal return on investment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the Ugandan market and consumer landscape.
