Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure systems and solutions
• Manage and administer servers, storage systems, and virtualisation platforms
• Oversee cloud services implementation and management
• Ensure system security, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a recognised institution
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
• Proficiency in VMware virtualisation technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Understanding of network infrastructure and security principles
• Relevant professional certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
