Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure systems and solutions
- Manage and administer servers, storage systems, and virtualisation platforms
- Oversee cloud services implementation and management
- Ensure system security, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues
- Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a recognised institution
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration
- Proficiency in VMware virtualisation technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Understanding of network infrastructure and security principles
- Relevant professional certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
