Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas:
- Provide first-line technical support to staff across the Gulu office and field operations.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Support the implementation and management of company software applications.
- Participate in data entry, management, and basic analysis to support forestry projects.
- Learn about IT infrastructure in an agro-forestry context and contribute to digital solutions.
- Assist with IT inventory management and basic cybersecurity practices.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- A recent graduate (within the last 2 years) with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognised Ugandan university.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and common software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Must be proactive, reliable, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Prior internship or project experience is an added advantage.
- A passion for technology and its application in sustainable development is highly desirable.
