As an IT Graduate Trainee, you will be immersed in various technology functions, gaining practical skills and contributing to real-world projects that support sustainable forestry operations in Northern Uganda.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas:

• Assist in the maintenance and support of company hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide first-line IT support to staff, troubleshooting technical issues.
• Participate in the development and management of company databases and digital records.
• Support the implementation of new software applications and digital tools.
• Learn about IT systems specific to the forestry and agricultural sector.
• Contribute to IT projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• A recent graduate (within the last 2 years) with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for technology and its application in sustainable development.
