Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and leave management.
• Support the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Handle employee relations, addressing queries and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
• Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2-4 years as an HR Officer, Generalist, or similar role.
• Professional certification from CIPM, SHRM, or a similar body is a strong advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
