Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding processes for assigned business units
• Coordinate performance management systems and employee development programmes
• Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and company policies
• Support organisational change and transformation initiatives
• Facilitate training and capacity building for staff members

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner
• Professional HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, or equivalent) is preferred
• Thorough knowledge of Tanzanian employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in financial services or asset financing is advantageous
