BRAC Uganda Bank Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Business Growth to join our dynamic team in Kampala. This senior leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the bank's strategic growth initiatives and contribute to Uganda's financial sector development.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Implementation
• Develop and execute comprehensive Business Growth Strategy aligned with bank objectives
• Establish strategic partnerships to maximise value while mitigating market risks
• Communicate strategies, business plans, and policies to staff and stakeholders
• Monitor departmental performance and implement gap-closing initiatives

Business Growth & Expansion
• Drive cross-selling initiatives to maximise bank profitability
• Manage loan book growth and maintain portfolio quality standards
• Oversee end-to-end credit processes from customer recruitment to recovery
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis for strategic interventions
• Lead expansion into new markets and implement go-to-market strategies

Savings Mobilisation
• Develop and implement deposit mobilisation strategies
• Focus on growing customer base and enhancing relationship management
• Improve customer experience through innovative delivery channels

Digital Financial Services
• Drive innovation in digital delivery channels and customer experience
• Implement technology solutions to address customer barriers and improve efficiency

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• Minimum 10 years' banking experience with 5 years at management level
• Master's degree is an added advantage
• Proven experience in microfinance financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan banking regulations and statutory requirements
